株式会社ハルウエ is the seller for purchases made through the Global Site. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may process payments on its behalf but does not thereby become the seller or affect 株式会社ハルウエ's obligations to customers.
上海雷喀科技有限公司 provides RAKKA brand and intellectual-property licensing, research and development, and commissioned website technical services. 雷喀（绍兴）科技有限公司 manufactures products and, on behalf of 株式会社ハルウエ, maintains device records and provides warranty, after-sales, and repair services. Neither Chinese company thereby becomes the seller for purchases made through the Global Site.

Online sales through the Global Site are not currently open. We do not accept orders or payments through the Global Site at this time.
The following terms will apply when online sales through the Global Site open.
Prices and payment

| Payment | Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment method identified at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, payment is due when the order is submitted. Shipping and delivery

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

This does not restrict a withdrawal or return right that cannot lawfully be excluded. | Defective or incorrect products | If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to the order or product description, contact [email protected]. We bear reasonable return costs and, as appropriate, repair or replace the product or provide a refund. If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time, the refund includes the product price and the corresponding standard outbound shipping charge, subject to applicable law. |

| Refund timing | We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days after cancellation is confirmed or the returned product is received and inspected, as applicable. After initiation, it usually takes approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on the bank, card issuer, and payment method. |
Payment disputes
Contact [email protected] with the order identifier, the issue, and any reasonably necessary evidence if you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrect, not refunded, or charged for an order that was not delivered. We will investigate, explain the result, and make any correction or refund that is due.
This process does not restrict a right available under applicable law to contact a card issuer, payment provider, consumer-protection body, regulator, or court.
Product-specific price, quantity, estimated timing, and any additional sales condition are displayed on the applicable product page and final checkout confirmation before an order is submitted.
